Today we put the spotlight on Heema Parekh, Operations Support Specialist. Heema is part of the iTMethods Platform Operations team delivering high-value customer experience to global enterprise clients. With her constant enthusiasm and willingness to learn, Heema shares her experience working at iTMethods.
My overall onboarding experience was great! From day one I could tell that there is a great company culture here. Not only did my manager, but the entire team, including our CEO - reached out to congratulate me on joining iTMethods. My team leader personally guided me through the onboarding process and helped with all my queries. They ensured that I had everything I needed for a smooth transition and to make me as comfortable as possible.
The leadership team at iTMethods actively encourages professional development, by providing mentorship and various training opportunities. You always feel like you are on the right track with the guidance and support that our managers provide. I really value their feedback as this allows me to constantly learn and develop my skills.
One of the things I love about my job is that I get to face new challenges every day. This varies from troubleshooting urgent issues to delighting our customers by resolving their queries. Every day is another opportunity to learn at iTMethods.
What I have noticed while working at iTMethods is that the company takes pride in its culture – they care for their employees and are willing to help wherever they can. For example, when I had to move to Ottawa due to personal reasons, the management team not only listened to me but really supported me during the relocation. This level of support is something I have never experienced before. If you are looking for a place with a great work environment, opportunities for professional development, and flexibility to work remotely, then iTMethods is the right place for you.
